Indicator User Terms & Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the SFG Premium Tradingview Indicators Bundle ("Service"), provided by [Your Company Name/SFG] ("SFG", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SFG.

The Service consists of a bundle of proprietary technical analysis indicators designed for use on the TradingView charting platform. These indicators are tools intended to assist users in analyzing financial market data. They are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• SFG offers various subscription plans (e.g., 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year Access) as detailed on our website.

• Fees for the selected plan are due in advance.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the User prior to the renewal date.

• You authorize SFG or its third-party payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, SFG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use on the TradingView platform during your active subscription period.

5. User Responsibilities & Acknowledgements

• You are responsible for maintaining your own TradingView account and ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to use the Service.

• You acknowledge that trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk of loss. There is no guarantee that the use of the Service will result in profits or prevent losses.

• You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions you make. SFG indicators are tools for analysis and should not be the sole basis for any financial decision.

• You are responsible for understanding the inherent risks associated with market volatility, leverage, and the specific financial instruments you choose to trade.

• You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee of Profitability: SFG makes absolutely no guarantee, express or implied, that you will generate profits using the Service. Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk, and you could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• Indicators as Tools, Not Advice: The indicators provided are the result of processing historical market data through mathematical formulas. They are intended as analytical tools and reference points only. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other form of advice. SFG and its members are not registered financial advisors.

• Accuracy and Reliability: While SFG strives for accuracy, the indicators process complex market data which can contain "noise" or anomalies. Indicators may produce lagging signals, false signals, or may not be accurate at all times due to market conditions, data feed issues, or inherent limitations in technical analysis. Do not assume the indicators are always correct or predictive.

• User Assumes Full Responsibility: Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with using the Service and for any trading decisions made based on information derived from it. You agree to bear full responsibility for your own profits and losses.

• No Liability for Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SFG, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;

  • Any trading or investment decisions made based on the Service;

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or limitations within the indicators or accompanying materials;

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

• SFG and its members explicitly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any financial losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Service.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 7-Day Refund Window (Initial Purchase Only): If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Your Contact Email or Support Channel].

• No Refunds After 7 Days: After the initial 7-day period has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the indicators, underlying code, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and accompanying materials, are and will remain the exclusive property of SFG and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service or indicators.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose.

• To share your access credentials or allow others to use the Service under your account.

• To resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or indicators.

• In any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
